Granted, vacation rentals in Australia do not all look like the one in our photograph. At the moment, vacation apartments "Down Under" are still quite exclusive. We would very much like to change this. We believe that a broader range of choices in accommodation should be available for travelers to Australia. Not everyone planning a vacation in Australia wishes to be constantly touring; after a tour, many travelers would like to spend another week in a vacation rental on the beach before setting off on the long flight home. Of course, one can also rent a vacation apartment as home base for exploring the surrounding area. This is certainly more relaxing than moving to a different hotel every day.

Our first vacation rentals have come mainly from European - often German - tourists, who have brought with them the concept of vacation rentals and vacation homes from their homeland. Many of these landlords know the German market and also advertise their apartments on the internet. We do not want to limit this forum to vacation homes or vacation apartments; all types of accommodations are welcome.
