Bermuda Villas are ideally situated just metres from Noosa River and within easy reach of Noosa Head and the ocean. Luxury, self-contained apartments are on offer in tropical surroundings. There are 14 spacious apartments on offer, all of which have a private balcony and DVD player. Each apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living-dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. Facilities within the complex include a heated swimming pool and spa, plus a barbeque area in the tropical gardens. Bermuda Villas is ideally placed for exploring the Noosa River area on foot or by bike. Hastings Street and Noosa main beach are just a short drive or ferry ride away.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD 50.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of AUD 100.00 will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged AUD 45.00 per stay for cots. All older children or adults are charged AUD 45.00 per stay for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of AUD 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
