This 4-star hotel resort offers free parking and a variety of facilities right by Maroochydore Beach, on Queensland Sunshine Coast. It is close to many cafés, restaurants, and Sunshine Plaza Shopping precinct. Elouera Tower provides well-appointed apartment accommodation that offer panoramic ocean views of the area. All apartments include linen, washing powder, and dish washing powder. The resort contains a heated outdoor pool/spa, tennis court, sauna, and barbecue facilities. The friendly staff can arrange for tours around most attractions on the Sunshine Coast. For drinks and dining options, guests can chose form one of the many restaurants or bars along restaurant strip at Cotton Tree village. Elouera is close to the popular Blue Bar Tavern, as well as the Maroochydore Surf Club. Guests are a 2-minute walk to the convenience store, fast food outlets, video outlets, speciality shops and a 5-minute walk to mouth of Maroochy River.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD 30.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of AUD 200.00 will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged AUD 20.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged AUD 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of AUD 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
