Continental buffet breakfasts are included in the rate for Executive, Deluxe, and Lodge/Standard rooms. A limited dinner menu is available, if booked a minimum of 6 hours beforehand.

Travel information

How to find Chalet Swiss Spa: From Sydney or Canberra: Travel along Highway 1 (Princes Highway) to BATEMANS BAY. Go over bridge to 2nd traffic light. Turn left and follow this road (Beach Road) until you come to the George Bass Drive - SURF BEACH intersection. Turn right and follow this road for about 4 km until you see the “TALL GUMS WAY” sign (also Tomakin & Mogo). Turn right and follow this road to the top of the hill to the T-intersection. Turn left into the Ridge Road. Go along “The Ridge Road” for another 800 metres and you are at our entrance. From Melbourne and Sapphire Coast: Travel to “MORUYA” along Highway 1 (Princes Highway). Go through the town. Immediately after bridge turn right and follow this road (North Head drive), past the Airport and on to “MALUA BAY”. Go through MALUA BAY. Half way up the hill you will see a sign “Sea Breeze Estate”. Turn left into that road (The Ridge Road) and travel for about two kilometers to the T-intersection.At the “T” turn right, go for another 800 metres and you are at our entrance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD 50.00 will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children or adults are charged AUD 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wi-fi is available in the business centre and costs AUD 5.00 per 30 minutes. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs AUD 10.00 per person per night. Full English breakfast costs AUD 15.00 per person per night. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
