Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 1 year stays free of charge in a baby cot. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged NZD 65.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 12.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs NZD 5.00 per 30 minutes. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.
